This digital program is for all things DL2024! Sched is OPEN! You may select your sessions starting March 13th at 5pm PDT.

You will need to select one Workshop Round 1 or Den Talk [for Day 1], one Deep Dive session [for Day 2], and one Workshop Round 2 or Den Talk [for Day 3]. These sessions have capacity limits and will fill up.

This session is for school, district leaders, or intermediary organizational leaders who want to explore the skills, mindsets, and dispositions necessary to dismantle oppressive leadership practices and transform education systems towards greater, more equitable deeper learning communities. We will practice deep listening and reflection, apply various equity and change management frameworks, and explore liberatory design mindsets and practices in order to define a deeper learning equity challenge authentic to your context. Participants will get individual and collaborative work time to create a short Presentation of Learning on their equity challenge and solutions, and get empowering feedback to encourage them on their journey towards becoming a transformational deeper learning leader.

This deep dive’s  lunch will take place at the HTE Gym from 12:30-1:30
